This seems to be a known issue that my client has encountered with his new computer, and he is leaving for vacation tonight. After submitting credentials trying to access his TH series DVR, the message "Fail to login" appears. I can reproduce it on my machine and there are problems posted about this online.

Anyone know of a fix?

I'm even having the same issue with Chome (v21.0) with the ActiveX extension. Any special tricks getting this to work?

Have you confirmed that it is definitely a browser issue? Is it possible there is a network or some other issue? Has the client reset his router or done anything else that would have erased your port forwarding? Can you ping it? Just some other ideas to look at.

We can login OK from IE8.

Make sure you go through and setup the trusted sites and activex nonsense. I've had that problem a couple times.

I love Chrome but there's a couple times I've had problems with a site using Chrome but IE worked.
Who says you can't put 61" plasmas up on cantilever mounts using toggle bolts? <---Thanks Ernie ;)
