I am off site. I have a tech on site who is reporting that he can't turn the theater projector ON with any of the on macros. He can turn it on manually with the onboard button or IR remote. He can turn the projector OFF with the OFF macro.

This sounds (to me) exactly like the half dozen displays I've experienced over the years that require disabling Eco settings.

I am not on site. I only have my phone to surf with and can't find anything online. Does anyone have experience with this model projector? Do you know if it has energy saver/ Eco settings?

Thanks.

I believe that unit is power latching and you may need to un plug it and plug it back in to get the communication back.

The comic in me wants to know where the "not power" button is.
We can't give you a good answer, or maybe any, without the make and model of everything.
