having problems when downloading a lot of times i have to plug and unplug usb cable to get to take down loads also seems like the program crashs for no reason my partner has win2000 i have xp and a compaq 2100 any ideas??

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the program.

On the Marantz we have been using the reset button to wake up the remote, it has worked remarkably well.
