We have a Panasonic 624 switch at our office with T7730 Phones - the volume is extremely low, so low that if two people in the same room are talking behind you, its is difficult to hear the person on the phone. The headset volume adjustment at the highest level will only go to the third * star on the LCD display of the phone. Should these * stars go higher than 3? Is there any programming available on the 624 to raise the volume level? This is a real problem at our office and i need to find a way to correct this. thanks!

3 stars of volume is all you get. Never had a complaint about the volume level though.....have you noticed this on all phones? Maybe you have a bad one.
