A client bought all the equipment and I'm installing it. All's well except this set top box won't receive cable channels. The instructions seem to indicate it will; I go into setup and choose STD cable (I have tried the two other cable types as well) and begin searching. Every channel from 2 up comes up with No Signal. Plugging the cable directly to a VCR tunes channels fine.
Am I missing something or is this box unable to do cable box signals? Thanks!

Tom, I just hooked up a TS160 that a client has been sitting on for more than a year. I was surprised to see separate cable and TV antenna inputs on the back. Does the 351 have this, too? Or do you get to choose it somewhere?
In the 160, it looks like your guide could have the following channels in the guide:
local, say, 2 off the dish then local 2 off cable then local 2 off the antenna then local 2 digital

This only has one RF in. He will take it back and get the cable company's $5 month special.
