I need to find a small camera for a clients front porch.
It needs to be fairly small with good resolution, either really low lux or ir and white in color. Something like this: Super Circuits or bullet. I know the bullet can't have ir. 
 I know I can't have everything but would love the highest res possible and small as possible. I'm searching the net as I post this.

Your search is over my friend.  600 lines and tiny...interior or exterior, .  I love this camera.    I think they also have a unti with 540 lines.

Thanks. The first one looks good! The second one is to large for the front door entry.
Do you know if it can be wall mounted and adjusted to see correctly? I can check with Speco next week but just wondering.

Yes.  We wall mount and Ceilng mount them.  It's just a ball and swivel...you can mount it anywhere.  You'll be pleasantly surprised at the price on the unit, and the picture quality.

I wish I could.  I have no idea what MSRP is.  If I were to guess, using general numbers of retail I would say retail should/would be approx. $250-$270.    But that's just a guess.  I know exactly what it costs me.  If you're interested shoot me a PM.
