+1 Plus they have too many SKU's (imo)

That's funny you feel that why because one of the reasons I decided to go with Monitor because of their clear defined SKU's (obviously sound was extremely important). They've recently added a lot more niche products making the SKU's a little less managable. I really love their forward distinct sound and the ribbon tweeters on the gold and platinum series are amazing. They tend to have good low end for even their bookselves. Monitor is the everyday speaker with high quality line at the top.

Nobody does Monitor in our area so I've gotten a couple of calls to audition and both customers bought silver series speakers. Nothing in a few years though.

I sell Definitive Technology mainly. Sounds great, just enough models, great for HT with built in powered subs in their towers, a ton of exposure, open any AV magazine and try not to find at least one ad if not several. Yes it is available on line but the price is well protected.

People have heard of it, pretty good story, Sandy Gross left Polk to start Definitive, and being that both companies are headquartered here in Baltimore it is a pretty easy sell.

If someone wants something other than black I'll offer PSB or KEF, I'd look at monitor but not sure if it is available through distribution and I don't need to be direct with another speaker line yet.
Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean that they aren't out to get you.

Dynaudio and NHT. I'll also second Monitor...I don't happen to sell them, but they're great for the $, IMHO.
