does anyone know where I could find circuit schematics for a Xantech 795-20?? a long shot, I suppose :)

Get a job in their tech department. That's about the only way I know, and the guy who was their head engineer a couple of years ago was an ex-boss with whom I was on good terms.

What do you want them for? I recently had to solve a problem where a schematic of a Xantech output would have helped immensely, but a half hour with a scope, some resistors and a calculator gave me a pretty good idea what the output must have looked like, and my problem was solved by pretending it was like that....
