Before I left I shut off update notifications and wont be back until next week. As for the receiver in my home, If the mood strikes me, I will unplug my processor and give it a try and report back. In the future, I will not update a receiver unless there is a good reason, its not worth my time and shrinking margin.

I broke my own rule and tried to update the firmware on a marantz because there was hdcp issue with an apple tv and the update didn't take . There is a control system but the marantz is being controlled 232
