Wondering if anyone has run into a problem with links on the pronto ng software either disappearing altogether or changing location. This has been happening to me for about a month now and I've tried everything including reformatting my hard drive. I have duplicated the problem on multiple computers as well. Just want to know that I'm not alone on this.

Nope. Several other complaints with their software, but not that.

Some 9 year old has comprimised your system via Explorer or Outlook and he's playing with you. :)

On older versions at least (haven't heard much regarding the latest), deleting certain system page items can result in buttons acting like they're "off by one".

Philips' Pronto software isn't exactly what I'd call "tight code." When I have trouble with my system, I generally suspect companies known for sloppy code, Iomega, Quicken, and I think also Philips.

I have programmed ProntoNGs on my pc, downloaded, tested and fixed any flaws by using learned commands. Then I've uploaded, made some graphic or whatever changes, downloaded again, and several things cease to work. These transfers of data can only happen after the highly intermittant handshake between my computers and my pronto. Sloppy.
