hello,
i recently purchased an MX-880 remote control along with the RF antenna but the A/V guy who claimed to have the software and was going to program the remote for me will not call me back or return messages.
can anyone recommend someone local in the Los Angeles area?
thanks.

Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean that they aren't out to get you. |

I'm in the Los Angeles area. You've got mail.
I don't recommend sending the remote to someone to program away from your system, because **your set of components will work more rapidly if the commands to turn them on and select inputs are done in a particular order, with delays worked out to be as short as possible, and this can only be done in front of your system
**It's important to watch you use the programmed remote and add pointers or perhaps discuss setting things up a bit differently
