I'll agree with that, but it's not always practical. Many times, in the time period between rough-in & installation, the models go disco.
Conduit is nice but
not always practical.
Just run anything you might need, for any model. And, if at all possible, STAY AWAY from units with outboard media controllers. Unusable RS-232, and the IR eye is on the set, not the box. Fine for some situations, but I'd rather stay with a unit I can use anywhere.
Skip plasma anyways...goto LCD or a front projection system :)
