I almost posted that it had to do with the guest access but I wasnt sure so I left it out.

Its funny how responses to posts change under a different user name. Makes since I guess, you build a rep and people feel they "know" you so they react accordingly.

I would have posted it under my previous name.

Be sure to follow the part about you should reset the camera and the do the configuration in the first 20 minutes

Ok, our old remote Elan "G" got a glass of water spilt on it and now the display is shot, cannot make anything out and no buttons work. I just purchased another one, my question is, will it need programming or will it sinc with the system?
