Installed an Epson 3010 for a client a few weeks ago. He sent a email today stating the a message keeps coming up saying "auto iris error, contact Epson dealer"

Any one have this issue yet?

Had it with two units in the same house, Epson took care of it both times with advanced replacements.

The second time told me there was something wrong in the house, I found some grounding issues in the system.

BTW... that is an amazing projector for the money! Now, I don't like 3D myself, but the 3D on that projector is AMAZING!

We switched to Epson this month and just got in the new power pro lite 6010 for a theater we are doing. I hope it is as sweet as I think it will be.

I'm curious to do a side by side with the 8350 and the 3010. Projector central leans toward the 8350 still.
