We don't do Phast systems and I have never played with one but one of our customers has one and is dissatisfied with the dealer that sold it to him. His power was out for 3 days and his keypads all say "0000" and won't work. Is there any quick fix for this or a reset proceedure that I can try?

You probably need to do a system restart of the Landmark software.

There could be, but it will work without one.
Look at the rack of Landmark components. Look for the CF10 (Cardframe). In it should be several cards, one says MCU. If there is a Cat5 plugged into the 10BaseT jack on the MCU, then there is a pc connected. If so, you can restart the remote PC. You will need a password, although AMX tech told me that landmark is running while it's waiting for the password. I don't know that's true.

If there is no PC connected then your screwed cause you need to be a dealer to get the software.

Before even looking for a PC try just turning off the CF10 and then back on, the keypads should go through a stage of looking for master, master found, loading project and then to their normal menus. Takes from 3 to 8 minutes depending on the size of the program. Then if this doesn't fix it look for the pc and restart it. You do not need to actually login to the landmark software in order for the program to run, just leave it at the main login in window.

Look for a blinking red light on the back of the MCU, should beat like a heart beat, if it's off or solid that is a sign it needs to be reset.
