I am doing some out of state work in Seattle and need to find a programmer to handle any changes or service calls after I leave.

Have you thought of installing an enet card and port forewarding to the processor. I program my out of state jobs this way. Though it cannot tell you if an emitter has fallen off or if a touch panel needs to be recalibrated is does allow you to make any of the programming changes normally required without having to jump on a plane.
