First of all, to my fellow installers, please be advised of this amazing situation. RCA Scenium as we all know makes a very nice 65" Tv which does a lot of cool things. However, after this weeks discovery, I am informing all of you to BEWARE. RCA made a decision 2 weeks ago to NOT ship any local or independent retailer ANY 65" tv OR if you had one ordered since October, your order was Suddenly BACKORDERED because they sold all of the 65" tvs to a chain called GOOD GUYS in california. I had a few of these tvs ordereded and i was very lucky to get 1 shipped by total acident and if they had figured it out, would have found the truck and shipped it to the good guys.
I am sharing this with you all because if you are interested OR have an order, the truth is you will NOT get this TV for a very very very long time if at all. Tell your Rep or distributor what I am telling you and they will not be able to deny it and do not believe that there is some manufacturing problem etc.....

Maybe that's why we had such a hard time getting Samsung widescreen tv's in... They sold em all to some chain!
I woudn't be surprised...
