I am planning on purchasing the 291-10 Kit (includes the IR Receiver, the 789-44 Connection block and the IR emitters). In addition, in a second room I want to put another IR receiver and connect it to the kit above. I am planning on using my existing coax runs. I put together two options and I had a few questions:

Option A) 2 CPL10 (IR/RF Coupler) and CB12 connection block connected to a J-Box IR receiver 780-10. Will I need a power supply for the local reciver? Do you think this would work?

Option B) 1 CPL10, 1 INJ94 (IR/RF Injector), connected direct to the IR Receiver. Do I need a power supply at the remote location, too? Do you think this would work?
