Does anybody have any information on the optimal vertical viewing angle and how to calculate this value. To make a long story a short one I have an Architect designing a TV cabinet where bottom of the TV screen (plasma) will be 22" off the floor (I know this is not good). The only info I have is that the optimal vertical viewing angle is 17 deg vertical and would like to be able to use a bit of science to help support my argument that the bottom of the screen should be located at a minimum of 30" (Basic ergonomics).
Cheers
