Is there any compatability issues between Niles Audio and Lutron Lighting. Would like to program lighting schemes into the Niles IntelliControl. Is it as easy as learning the remote comand into the IntelliControl.

you shouldn't have a problem with the Lutron IR based remotes for the Graffik Eyes, etc...
I have several such systems in the field. The hardest part is integrating the emitters sometimes.

Your best bet would be a RadioRa System with the IR interface.
