Man, I am trying to program a customers 6000 for a new Tivo/DirecTV combo. But the stinkin remote and the edit software will not learn the codes straight outta the remote. So check this out, I tried to stick it to a 3000 and I have the same damn problem. Anybody?!

Basic question first, are you pointing the tivo remote at the correct end of the pronto? How about getting the codes from ccf's on this site?

Allright, so yes I do know which end to point at. I updated the firmware on the 3000 and I can now learn directly to the remote, but not through the computer. Also where could I get more galleries of buttons?
