How do you print threads from this forum without cutting off the right side of the page???

If you just want to print the text then highlight the text and right click and choose print. Otherwise...?

This is an Internet Explorer problem (it worked fine until they revamped the printing system with "print preview" - after that it no longer sized the page width properly).
If you set page margins to 0.25" on either side it will print properly or, as JBJ says, select the text you want and then print "selection".
