I have a discrete code set for this panel. The discrete ON does not work however. I am using an RTI T2 Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

Hello Mike,
There is no Ir command available for "On" on the newest gen Panasonic sets. "Off", delay, "Power" works quite well though.

Thanks Jeff. I tried doing that but didn't like the delay and sound of the TV's relay clicking. I have been told that a V1 command followed by the discrete ON will work. We'll see......

I have had the same problem. Hopefully Panasonic didn't make the mistake of omitting a discrete "on", just forgot to make it public.
If anyone else finds a solution, please post.
