We normally always use ceiling drop down screens, or do a custom flush mount with a wood trim. This is our first time to use one of the Draper Black Vel-Tex Screens
We picked it up the other day, and we have the screen, sub frame and overlay fram which is the black aluminum, but no Vel-Tex? Anyone ever have this problem before? we didn't notice it till yesaterday and wanted to get it in this weekend, and dealer is closed till tuesday
please help thanks eric becker automation integration

Did you call in the order or FAX , Email it? IF you called it in, you have nothing to back you up. I have not had any problem. Just got a 119" ONYX in with Veltex. I'll need some help hangin' this one :)

They just screwed up your order... The veltex is glued on at the factory... or aat least it has on every Draper I have ordered.
