Doing a dedicated theater with an MX-800 or possibly an MX-3000. The room has its own heating/cooling zone with the thermostat in the room. Anyone know of a thermostat that can be IR controlled?

Not that I've run across but you can get Aprilaire and Enerzone in RS232 and at least the Enerzone in X10. You can use an IR to RS232 converter from Xantech or Celadon or an Ir to X10 converter from X10 or Smarthome.
