Well, found out I've got another problem. I recently upgraded my laptop computer. It has no Serial port. So I purchased a USB to Serial converter. It has worked fine on 4 of the products that I carry that uses serial connections. However, I tried connecting to a TSU2000 today and ProntoEdit says "There are no COM ports installed on your machine." The USB adapter is installed on COM 2. Anybody else had problems with this? Thanks.

The adapter will only work on Com 1 with Pronto's, RC 5000's etc.
