At a clients house with multiple Elan VIAs, Elan keypads, and an Intellicontrol which all control an older Sony DVD player using codes captured from an RMT-D117A Sony remote, we're having a slight issue..

the older player (DVP-S560D) died, and we're looking for a new replacement that will work with the older programming.

Sure would like to avoid having to modify all of these panels...... any suggestions?

thanks all,
Matt

oops. nevermind.

I was testing in the office with my computer... I forgot I had another piece of software running that was tying up the serial port.

Old codes work fine with new player... I knew it should have been working..
