I must turn the lights off when using an IR remote with the Buffalo Electronics IR receivers, even when tinted lenses are used. Anyone have a solution or something to try?

thanks!

Are you using halogen or florescent lighting?
Both emit IR. Buffalo does make a "florescent friendly"
sensor, along with many other manufactures. They are not perfect, but may take care of your problem.
