Got a client who needs his plasma to be hidden when not in use. Thought of the lifts, but this Vision Art seems a lot more hassle free and easier to install.
Client likes this concept, too. Any thoughts? How about control? Thanks.

I'm just looking at a brochure right now, looks like RS232, IR, and their proprietary RF is available for control if they have the same options that Solar Shading offerson the rest of their products. I think I saw about five different companies offering this product at EH Expo in November. All have different artwork, and a full range of pricing. I think most of them could be controlled via contact closure/relay also.
I forget which one that my local AVAD is distributing, but I saw a brochure in there the other day too.
I gave two or three of the brochures that I picked up to an Interior Designer that I work with, and you would think that she was in Heaven. Maybe she'll push some plasma sales for me now that it won't interfere as much with her side of it...

I'll tell you what...I have used the VisionArt. Their price is very high because you are buying limited edition artwork. There are other low cost systems out there that are even quiter, cheaper and allow you to use any art you want...like the other guy said...at EHX there were quite a few new products. I think AVAD distributes VisionArt TM.

Quieter is good , but better prints may win over the client. Thanks for the info, it sounds like its a good product, but there may be others for less money that work just as good. Thanks.

I know that the Solar Shading drive systems are in fact SOMFY stuff.
The vison art stuff is reproductions of original art or a reproduction of any picture the client would like.

I sell the vision art stuff. As long as you do the measuring right and are very specific about what you want you will get some very nice outcomes.
It is expensive, but the clients who are interested are not the ones who are concerned with the expense, they want the quality vision art delivers
