Where did you buy this from if I may ask?

Do you have the Intellicontrol Reference Manual? The latest version is V 8.0, and is available to dealers on the Niles website. A quick read of the manual should help. Second, the most inportant tool in programming an IntelliControl system, in addition to w well planned approach, is a Pronto. You cannot import remote control codes to Intellifile format, you'll need to learn them. Having a Pronto to learn them from is priceless. Third, choose a good antenna location (and if you are using an ealier generation MSU) you'll need some 3db and 6db inline Rf attenuators and a IntelliControl IR/RF Tester (#FG0727). The tester plugs into the MSU, and flashes green when a signal is recieved OK, red when it is not. I sure wish someone would build an updated version of this system, with a little more open programming platform and support for PVR devices. Clients love the product, and it was a pleasure to install.
