I Agree.
Personally I love URC. Between the Control Room and IP I rarely have to call tech support. Getting an RA# is as simple as a call to your rep or an email to URC.
Great company in my opinion.
I'll second that. I have not had the issues being described b/c i only call them once or twice a year and maybe have been lucky. For me, they are a great company to deal with. My RA's have always been taken care of in a timely manner, emailed in always.
