Pronto TSU 2000 and the HT master 9000. I want to tune a Xantech IR receiver to the right carriers but can't find the specs for these remotes.

I believe it varies depending on the code emmited.
If the code for the device is learned correctly, the remotes you have listed should emulate the original codes learned.
