Has anyone ever used a Channel Vision TE-20011 telephone entry/intercom module? If so do you know how to hook up two intercom door plates. When I hook up one, no problem but two, the phones continuely do their distictive rings.

Thanks,
Dean

How do you have the wiring ran from the doorbells to the channelvision? Do both doorbells work one at a time? If so, how do you have them wired together, are they both ran directly to the channel vision? If I recall this unit does not have 2 separate inputs for 2 separate doorbells, are they connected to the strike connections on the channel vision? Are you sure you have them both connected to the doorbell and not one to the striker?

Sorry I didn't reply. Channel Vision stated my problem was that I have two lit doorbells. To overcome my problem I have to change the jumper on J21 on the board. This will solve the problem.
