Wanted to take a second to tell all of you that observe the various holidays coming up....

I have truly enjoyed the last year on RC Installer's Forum....have learned alot, have hopefully helped out a person or two, have found a new employer, have pissed some people off, have been pissed off, started a installer's website, everything!

It's just been an awesome year with all you guys and gals!

Well thanks! It was cool sharing a beer and insights with you at CEDIA... looking forward to you being the Denver party guide in 2007.

For me Thanksgiving will represent the only day off in the last three weeks so I'll probably sleep through it. Why does everyone put so much pressure on you to "get the system done by Thanksgiving" or Christmas. I got out of the retail end of this biz because I hated the no life during the holidays thing.

I shouldn't complain... these last few months have set my company up for what is now straightlining to be a 30% increase over last year (if you read my post in June I would have said a 10% decrease). It seems to me that customers are getting better about loosening the pursestrings that they've had clutched for a few years.

I echo AVDudes sentiment... good wishes to all... may your businesses thrive.

As the year winds down, we will all get to spend some much needed time with our families, eat some good food and start making plans for next year, I hope everyone out there sets their goals high and reaches them, whatever they may be. Good Luck, and Happy Holodays
