Anyone know where I can buy the Sony IR emitter on a stick that comes packaged with Sony DVD players, VCRs?
I have used the stick on style for for too long and hate them. Adhesive failure, wires draped across the face of the DVD player etc. The Sony has a neater install appearance than the stick ons.

They come with some Mitsubishi tv's... i need a source on these, too.
The big advantage they have is the can position the emitter away from the IR receiver for those products who get blasted out by having an emitter too close.
Hitachi plasmas are one such product.
