First, thanks to everyone for the responses.
I have one more question.
We've now installed the equipment at the site. I'm seeing the RF receiver blink when I hit the buttons on the Pronto. But the equipment only seems to be getting the code (working) about 30% of the time.
This is all the equipment in the rack so I'm not leaning toward bad emitter placement as the cause.
Has anyone seen this before? I've gotten it with 2 brand new RFX6000 receivers. Any suggestions?

It could also be placement of the RF receiver. Also, did you try changing frequency?
To answer your question - Yes, I see it all the time. The RFX6000 is a fragile little thing - at times it can take a lot of time to really get it dialed in. Even when it blinks, as if receiving codes, those codes can be corrupted between the remote and the receiver. That is when receiver placement and frequency comes into play. Good luck,
Jason
