A client called for DVD recorder recommendations and when I mentioned Panasonic, he said he had called them and been told it was incompatible with his TiVo.
I can guess maybe if he had a TiVo plus a DVD/HDR there could be some CONFUSION (who's recording here?) but INCOMPATIBLE?
Can anyone figure this out?

It probably means that TiVo doesn't have IR codes in their software to automatically control & archive to the Panasonic DVD.
