After I downloade RAV1.0, my computer crashed. I've used before remotecentral for the same exact download but something like this never happen to me before.Please, anyone help!!! I need to find out what might be the cause, or is there any other program that I might have on my computer that may interfere with RAV. So far no-one could've fix it. Did anyone ever experience something like this?

you are unfortunate.
The RAV2000 and its' setup software is extremely poorly designed. Good luck!
The remote is only good for non-PC-programming use (in my opinion)

That's a little harsh, just 'cause it's not as nice as the Pronto and costs more doesn't mean that it's not any good!
