IS it possable to interface On-Q lighting controls
to the VIA?

I don't know much about On- Q lighting but I do know about VIA's. You can use either a local IR or the system IR port to control lights by IR, or you can buy an SC4 and write RS232 protocol to control a processor or whatever On-Q uses. Elan has not been very supportive of using 232 commands that are not for one of their "special components" but it is possible, just have to dig through thier programming a bit.
