Here's a few quick points from my notes from yesterday:

I am attending in Denver next week.. something disturbing in the invitation I got in email was that attendance was open to end users and potential clients.. did you see anyone there that would fit this description?

There were 100+ in attendance, so it's difficult to say but most everyone seemed to be trade related (electrician, AV dealer, Distributor).

EDIT: Lutron had a good presence with at least a dozen representatives including one of the RA2 engineers that flew out from PA to attend.  This was one of the first two shows so not sure if there will be as many Luron employees at the remaining events?

Off topic but if you ever have the chance to fly out and visit lutrons grounds and experience center, it is quite the "experience". They Treat you well give some awesome demos.

I was not able to attend training and no one was able to give me a straight answer on wether or not there would be another RA2 traing.

Has anyone herd anything?

SigSV,

This wasn't really training, it was just a product launch with brief explanation of the devices and their capabilities.

If you've been to Lutron classes before about 70% of what was covered at the RAVE event would have been review (Lutron company background/history, lighting control concepts, business opportunity, etc.).

After the first of the year actual RA2 training will be available via traveling road show.  I think they're calling it "BLAST" and will be the equivilent of the "BURST" training events held in the past for RadioRA.

No flashing lights and shiny objects?

At a minimum I'd expect some glowsticks, at a rave event.

Any details on the QS wired mentioned?
