I mean I'm looking for one to raise from a table.
Maybe I'll make it custom.
The ordinary lifts I know work with pulleys, so they depend on gravity.

You can get what you're looking for from Auton or Inca. They both make lifts with worm gear mechanisms to raise a TV.

Pulleys??? Give me a break!!! Look for a gear-driven platform. There are MANY available, just LOOK!
