I have Tested the KX-HCM10. I works great. I like the software and the ability to see what I want where I want. No problems encountered so far with SMC routers, Gateway w/ Win ME and Dell with WIN 2000 pro.
I have not yet tried with a wireless palm. I don't own one, so I'm looking to find a friend with one. I am looking forward to testing the Toshiba model next.
I may be schizophrenic, but at least I have each other.

Care to elaborate on "Better"???? The Panasonic cameras I've used have been rock solid. Have you done research? Do the D-Link have better componants inside? Better reliability? Better video quality???

Oh Wait... I can answer that....... I have a d-link at home right now.....

Ummm... no..... definatly NOT better..... CHEAPER... yes.... Better..... Not even close.... I would not install the d-link into a clients house, but for me to take a peek at the dogs during the day, it works ok....

Stick with the Panasonic... Or look into the Pelco stuff for the next level... Also found a pretty cool box from Richardson Electronics yesterday (cctv.net) a CETRON 4 Input IP Server with a Built in 80Gig DVR! Under 2k List.

Well, what model D-link do you have? I use D-link and Axis. The panasonic is a toy when you use the stuff the AVAD guys sell. The pro stuff is great, but I doubt you are spending $500 to a grand on a PZT camera? The residential Panasonic uses an odd form factor, hard to put into a weather proof housing. A good friend of mine is the midwest rep for the Pro grade panasonic line, I know the stuff. I was just tryin to point out that if you use a 2000 series D-link you get a good pic with sound for less than the Panasonic stuff. And the new DCS-900 aint bad either for $125. Now if we get into the AXIS 2100 to 2120 stuff it gets expensive, but hey, it's your money.

I have 7 of them installed, the 280 works great. It fits nicely into a pelco dome that has been modified for them. Is anyone using the Recording software with these?
