The 4 firm buttons on the bottom of the pronto that can be labled will not let me put the play symbol on them. When I click on the symbol that is ofered in the program it displays DTS then the play symbol. If i try to erase the dts part it starts causeing strange problems. DTS will start to repeat on that button multiple times. Some times it looks as though I have erased the dts part until I download it to the pronto. I would like to use this as a jump to a transports page but since most customers don't know what we mean by transports the play symbol would be the easiest thing. I have the most recent firmware and software. Has anyone else ran into this Problem? If so, have you found any tricks to get around it?

It's a font bug. When it happened to me, I removed the program and re-installed it, and the "DTS" problem went away.

This is a known bug (happens with all symbols but really is bad with hard button labels). You should be able to remove the DTS logo properly from the tiny hard button label boxes (not the big one with the keyboards).
