I would like to program my own Z-100 keypads but I am not an Elan dealer and can nt seem to get my hand on the software. Any thoughts????

You need more than just software.

You either need to use a Z*090 programmer, or a Via tools programmer to program Z100 and Z150 keypads.

Is there someplace I cam purchase the Z*90 programmer. Or is it not worth the cost of the equipment?????

If I recall correctly, the Z*090 programmer is pretty expensive. And I'm pretty sure it's only available to Elan dealers.

You may be able to find a dealer who has both the Z*090 and the ViaTools programmer who is willing to part with a Z*090 at a good price, as the ViaTools programmer will program both Z-pads and Via! panels.

We have both, but use both, as you don't need a computer to program Z-pads with the Z*090. It is a stand-alone unit, but can interface with a computer and Zwintools to save and modify client files.

Good idea. The programming is not that easy to do by the Z090. Did you post a Z090 request before???
