yeah...I don't know what's up with it right now....Jaws had some power problems, and I think now he has power supply problems, but I haven't been able to contact him...we're trying to get it hosted more reliably (it's hosted out of his office right now) but it's hard to find a company that doesn't want to RE-set up everything we've already done to it!

But we gotta get it back on line first!

Obiwan-Kanewbi and others... Price fixing is illegal in most states. Getting busted for it is another story altogether. Take gas prices here. 20 cent jump today, as was last thursday and the past. One station jumps on board to raise and all others follow.

Yes, It went from $1.32 to a $1.58 here. But as much as I hate it it is not "fixing". If you sold gas and were told that you would loose your franchise if you did not charge $1.58 just like everybody else by the supplier then that is fixing.

Take Nintendo, perfect example from the early 90's, they threatend retailers with the loss of there product if they sold it for $1 less than MAP. It happens in our industry every day, Bose, Macintosh etc..

Just because I see the jackass across the street cranking up his prices does not mean I cannot, be it gass or Plasma screen installation.

I did not want to start nuthin, and fixing is illigal, but the definition has been lost in this thread.
