Just receive my Denon avr-4310 today. Right now i'm installing the receiver. I am doing an firmware upgrade. Downloading the firmware did go right, but now the display is saying :
Sub 24 min
Connectionfail5A
The message don't go away for about 20 minutes. It is now 1.00 AM in Holland (so no dealer available at this time) , so maybe some people in another timezone cam help me.
What do i need to do now ??????

i did a power recycle and now it is continuing the update.

I'm so sorry to hear that custom installers working at 1:00 AM is an international phenomenon! Glad you solved the problem, though.
