I almost forgot.  I've got one too.  Nothing like the Casa De Crapola in Alabama, but nice in it's own regard.

This is a Ruby Tuesdays by my house.  I've never been there before, my wife wasn't around a couple weeks ago, so I went over, bellied up to the bar, ate some food, drank some beer, and got a chuckle out of this.

Not only is the TV crooked.  The DirecTV box is mounted under the doorway.  What's holding it up?  You guessed it, linked together tie straps that have been stapled to the wood.  No shelf, nothing.  Just some tie straps.  They didn't even cut off the excess strap.

I couldn't take it anymore. I asked for the manager.  Turns out.  "We've got a guy".  I said, yes you've got a guy and he may be trying to kill you.

I Determinate.

Yeah, anytime we rent a place on the Gulf (AL, or FL) the setups are bad but this one was the worst yet. The bottom photo was in a different room but same exact setup/mess.

I would feel a lot better about this if I knew it was a DIY job by the homeowner(s) ...but judging by the instruction card it looks like someone might have actually been paid to do this. A single stud mount, really.

Yes, my son, 2 was watching TV then. They were teaching to not eat food off the floor.

I assume this is the house?

I've got one from the Gaylord National at national harbor in DC. Just gotta upload the pics. I was floored that these people got away with this installation.

Here is one, this is a corresponding picture to my "what did I do today" there were rear speakers in place from a previous system that got ripped out, there pass threw's were lightswitch cover literarily glued to the wall.

It would have just been easier for them to do a low voltage ring and screw it in, the hole they cut was 5/8" too small so i had to take my fein tool for the cabinetry and then enlarged the other side in drywall..

BTW: this is from the largest and biggest firms in the Philly market, also nationally known, notice lamp cord as speaker wire?

I was in a ruby tuesdays yesterday. They had 3 plasmas on the wall outside of the bar area. All 3 had 2 spot lights pointed right at them making the picture impossible to see. They must have the same guy!
