i've asked my rep but 90% of the time he's wrong, how do i incorporate a dish network hd 6000 into a color pronto--i've seen files for that reciever so i'm assuming it's ir compatible in some way..my rep said it was uhf only.

The Dish 6000 is both IR and UHF. You have the choice of 15 different IR codes as well as 15 UHF. If you can't find a ccf for it, you can always learn the codes from the remote.
