Better to trade them both in on a Marantz RC-5200. Much better remote....
If cost is seriously an issue and there's no way around it, I would go for the RC-3200.

Well since I live abroad and the RC5200 is twice the price of the 3200.
Is the RC-3200 much better than the AV3000? apart from the coputer interface and the graphic display?
I meen actuall functionality?
