Anyone know the combination of buttons to press to enable the jump ahead command on a Hughes Tivo remote?
I heard there was a workaround.

Pressing "advance" while in FFWD or REW mode (any of the 3 speeds) will jump ahead or back in 15 minute increments.
Not sure if that's what you meant...

If you're looking for the command sequence to turn the "Advance" button into a 30-second skip forward, it's Select-Play-Select-3-0-Select. Entering that sequence again will change it back.

you must use the sequence select-Play-select-3-0-select while you are watching a recorded show.
If you did it right you will hear 3 chimes to indicate you now have 30 sec skip feature....
